Citizen Charter
The Department of Factories an Boilers which came into existence in 1961, is publishing the Cititzen Charter as a part of making its work more efficient and benefial to the public. The main objective of the Citizen Charter is to bring the structure and objectives of the department and the ancillary services uder the purview of the department to the attention of the public.
