NON-PUNCHING ATTENDANCE THROUGH SPARK
WINDOW START
If an employee forgets or is unable to punch in in the morning, they must apply for non-punching attendance through their individual SPARK login after 11:15 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., as applicable to their office timings, on the same day and before punching out in the evening.
If an employee forgot or was unable to punch-in during the morning and accidentally does both punch-in and punch-out in the evening, resulting in multiple punches, he/she may not be able to apply for normal non-punching attendance.
In that case, create a ticket using the SPARK Ticketing System and request attendance regularisation with the DDO letter addressed to the SPARK PMU Manager, along with the relevant attendance details.
